BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA
Our second collaboration with Marty Mason Design Group and Client DWS, the 20,000 sq. ft. amenity upgrade is located steps from UI in this vibrant college town. The amenities are in two major areas. One, "The Hangout," is a multi-function space with gaming, fitness, simulators, cafe, lounges, infrared sauna, and full-scale free-throw area, DJ booth, and video game arcade (among other things).
The second area "The Study," will contain coworking space, work pods, collaborative areas, podcasting nook, music room, a grab n' go food shop and a Zen room.
