BLOOM was selected via RFP to create a new 36,000 sf clubhouse in Great Brook Valley, a neighborhood within a federal housing development described by the client as a "child development desert." BLOOM arrived with extensive BGC experience from past projects in Lynn, Haverhill and Watertown, and when we encountered both the site and the project mission, we were immediately inspired, knowing this would be a great process and project. The new club will serve 500 kids and teens p
