The project included an aesthetic refresh of the lobby and first-floor corridors with new finishes, lighting, and custom wall graphics, as well as renovations to fourth-floor classrooms featuring updated teaching technology, millwork, lighting, and finishes.

BLOOM provided architectural support for the building-wide replacement of failed heating and cooling systems, including new perimeter units, VAV boxes, and associated modifications to existing construction.

BLOOM also designed a specialized Motion Capture Lab for the Physical Therapy Department, incorporating a sprung dance floor, motion-capture technology, specialized lighting, and supporting mechanical systems.
