Munroe Phase II

Another opportunity to contribute to the revitalization of downtown Lynn MA. Having completed the new home for Girls Inc. of Lynn, and an expansion of the Boys and Girls Club of Lynn, BLOOM has enjoyed helping the beautiful historic downtown buildings return to their former glory, and imbue these older structures with a new, modern vitality.

The design for this 48-unit apartment complex consists of two historic brick buildings on Munroe Street that BLOOM has transformed into modern state-of-the-art housing, while adding a new 6-story central building above the parking lot between them.
