An expansion of a multifamily building in East Boston, BLOOM guided this project through the neighborhood process, incorporating feedback from abutters, and refining the design through approvals. The building is to be expanded and fully renovated with an addition in the rear yard, as well as new apartment units in the garden level and new penthouse.
