A new dispensary concept in Marblehead MA, this space is carved out of an adjacent automotive repair building to create a new pedestrian-friendly retail space, while maintaining the residential apartments above. The proposal includes a mini public space in front, creating a safe division between street, parking lot, and sidewalk, while lending the shop its unique identity
