Construction of our design for an office fit-out for Forest City Residential is well underway in Cambridge, MA.
Adding consolidated office space, this new leasing area will provide an open setting for new lounge space, a conference area, and leasing management, and will feature custom mahogany casework, woven organic lighting, and custom wall graphics for a contemporary pop of color.
Work progresses on our related project renovations to an 1,111-SF market-rate unit, which will continue the industrial couture of the existing apartment building where the project is located. With soaring ceilings and expansive, ground-level natural light from oversize curtain-wall windows, the unit boasts loft-style living in a contemporary setting, with multiple amenities in reach from its centralized MIT locale. Both projects are expected to be complete by early February.
