B&B Fish, a casual seafood restaurant "with a Southern twist,"  by Chef Jason Santos, in Marblehead, MA . The site was originally occupied by a dilapidated abandoned gas station that had been sitting idle for 15+ years on Pleasant Street. This exciting rehabilitation project repurposed the foundations and exterior walls, and added a new wing-like roof to give the building more presence on the site, which is surrounded on three sides by busy streets. BLOOM incorporated large expanses of glass, an operable glass garage door, and an outdoor dining area with beach grass, and a colorful interior.
