Two adjacent units in this Upper West Side residential tower were combined into a larger three bedroom configuration. Located adjacent to Lincoln Center, and with glimpses of Central Park; an open, contemporary layout was designed to maximize the connection to the skyline and urban surroundings from interior spaces.

In contrast to the predominance of concrete in the adjacent towers, a warm palette of wood finishes was chosen- cherry, mahogany and ebonized oak, along with a subtle color palette, are accented with subdued indirect lighting.

Special attention was paid to the arrangement and highlighting of the clients' artwork, while custom built-in cabinetry and large closets allow for the storage of more mundane items, preserving the sophisticated atmosphere.
